A sunlight-filled and airy gut renovation and enlargement of a 1931 brick factory building. The new office includes an intimate library, workshop, kitchen, and private garden. The space features 14' ft exposed wood joist ceilings, multiple skylights, a new double-sided woodburning fireplace, and new large floor-to-ceiling steel casement windows. Finishes include lime plaster, scratch coat, and custom pigmented stucco cement wall surface treatments.
