Music Venue Brooklyn

A new 16,000 SF rooftop Music Venue in Industrial Brooklyn. The proposed space frame structure hovers atop an existing single story brick warehouse. The low slung roof is slightly misregistered from the building perimeter, resulting in slivers of outdoor terraces. A series of 20’ x 20’ skylights create luminous openings and house different programmatic elements including dance floor spaces and gardens for intimate gathering.
