4 Townhouses Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn

Four small 2 story brick buildings from the 1930s are gut renovated and enlarged. The buildings share a common yard and alleyway. The exterior envelopes are refurbished and the new construction includes two new stories for each unit and multiple balconies and terraces in layered succession.
